Atenas 038 House: A Modern Home by Dayala + Rafael Arquitetura

Studio Dayala + Rafael Arquitetura projected the massive Atenas 038 House, a modern home in Goinia, Brazil. Occupying a total area of 4,850 square feet, the residence is a giant display of luxuriousness. The side of the project facing the street is partly closed, ascertaining a high level of privacy. This gets corrected with a large facade opening up the construction towards the swimming pool and backyard. A generous deck plies decent space for easy chair and covered surface area for entertainment. The interiors are levying and appear to orbit around the open plan, double-hight living room, connected to the outdoor terrace.
