Building a Contemporary House with a Very Restrictive Budget by MM++ Architects

This lovely home located in the Go Vap District of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The was designed by Vietnamese architecture studio MM + + Architects, that of building a contemporary house with a high end spirit, on a very restrictive budget. The outcome is spectacular, by harmoniously compounding traditional structure rules with low cost material solutions and contemporary design ideas, the architects managed to develop a home that is both elegant and comfortable. The interior design, living zone and kitchen are united, making an overt space, perfect for kinfolk socialising. The tropical plants and bamboo trees make up a miniature indoor garden which brings to the loosened up aura. Each of the bedrooms is characterised by a distinctive color and an overall playful feel.
